Quillworthy Press — Social Rebrand & 6-Channel Growth
A full social media rebrand across 6 platforms — tripling engagement and adding 48k followers in 5 months.
The challenge
Quillworthy Press, an independent stationery and letterpress brand, had a patchwork social presence — an Instagram account that posted sporadically, an abandoned LinkedIn, and no presence on TikTok or Pinterest. Their visual identity was inconsistent across channels, and they had no content calendar or paid strategy. Growth had stalled.
Our solution
We ran a 2-week brand voice and visual identity sprint, then built a 30-day content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, and X. Our team produced all creative in-house (product photography + short-form video), scheduled weekly, engaged daily, and launched targeted paid campaigns on Meta and Pinterest. A monthly performance report drove continuous refinement.
Outcomes
- Engagement rate up 3.1x in 5 months
- +48,000 followers across 6 platforms
- 47 inbound wholesale leads sourced from social in month 5
- Cost-per-lead down 42% vs. previous agency
